Standard Cancellation
- Free cancellation may be available if the booking is canceled within the permitted cancellation period.
- After the free cancellation period expires, cancellation charges may apply.
Last-Minute Cancellation
- Bookings canceled close to the check-in time may be treated as non-refundable.
- Applicable charges depend on the individual hotel policy.
No-Show Policy
- If the guest fails to check in at the hotel, the booking will be considered a “No-Show.”
- No refund will be issued for No-Show bookings.
2. Refund Policy
Eligible Refunds
Refunds are processed only if:
- Cancellation is made within the allowed cancellation period
- The booking is marked as refundable
- Payment has been successfully received by Stay Niox
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- No-show at the hotel
- Cancellation after the allowed period
- Violation of hotel policies
- Invalid, false, or incomplete guest information
3. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
- Additional delays may occur depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
4. No Partial Refunds
No partial refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- Early check-out is not eligible for refund
- Booking date or stay modifications do not qualify for partial refunds
- Confirmed bookings are considered non-adjustable unless approved by the hotel
5. Booking Modifications
- Changes to booking details such as date, time, or guest information are subject to hotel approval and availability.
- Additional charges may apply for modifications.
6. Payment Issues
Stay Niox is not responsible for:
- Payment failures caused by banks or payment gateways
- Delays caused by third-party payment service providers

- Refund approvals may depend on hotel-specific policies.
- Stay Niox acts solely as a booking platform and may not control refund decisions made by hotels in certain cases.
