1. Valid ID Proof Requirement

All guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

Accepted ID Proofs:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Driving License
  • Passport
  • Voter ID

⚠️ PAN Card is not accepted as a valid address proof.

  • The name on the booking must match the ID proof provided at check-in.

2. Age Policy

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.
  • Minors are not allowed to check in without a valid adult companion.

3. Couple Friendly Policy

  • Some hotels listed on Stay Niox are couple-friendly.
  • Unmarried couples may stay at such hotels with valid government ID proof.
  • Both guests must provide valid ID at the time of check-in.

Important Notes:

  • Local IDs may or may not be accepted depending on hotel policy.
  • Final check-in approval remains at the discretion of the hotel.

4. Local ID Policy

  • Some hotels may restrict bookings from guests with local ID proof.
  • This policy varies by hotel.
  • Stay Niox is not responsible if a hotel denies check-in based on local ID restrictions.

5. Check-in & Check-out Rules

  • Standard check-in and check-out timings are determined by the hotel.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for extended timings.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

  • Respect hotel property and staff
  • Follow hotel rules and regulations
  • Avoid illegal or inappropriate activities
  • Maintain proper behavior during the stay

Hotels reserve the right to cancel bookings without refund in cases of misconduct.

7. Extra Guest Policy
